We offer a variety of wellness services, including strength and functional fitness, movement and motor skill development, sports specific training, swimming, nutrition coaching and many others. Our experienced staff is dedicated to helping each individual feel their best.

Hi! I’m Wijay Rabor, Co-Owner and Adaptive Fitness Coach for Good Day Adaptive Fitness (GDAF). I’ve spent over 20 years working in special education and more than 15 years as a personal trainer. Over the years, I realized my favorite part of both worlds was helping people build confidence, feel successful, and have fun while doing it.
That’s what led me to create GDAF — a place where fitness is adaptive, encouraging, and built for individuals of all abilities. My goal is to make movement feel positive, welcoming, and something people actually look forward to.
Every session is personalized to the individual, whether we’re working on strength, coordination, fitness goals, daily movement, or simply building confidence in an active environment. I believe fitness should meet people where they are, celebrate progress of all sizes, and always leave room for fun along the way.
At the end of the day, GDAF is about creating good days, building confidence, and helping people feel proud of what they can do.
